Meet Jess
Jess is a compassionate and insightful Psychotherapist and Counsellor, dedicated to person-centred, humanistic support. She values authentic connection, gentle care, and a trauma-informed approach that nurtures the mind-body connection. Jess works holistically, drawing on talk therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices to create a safe and supportive space where clients can step into their most vibrant, authentic selves.
Therapeutic Philosophy
Jess believes in the power of deep self-awareness and self-compassion. She trusts in each person’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing, offering a therapeutic experience that honours the whole person. Through her work, she helps clients integrate their experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with greater ease and empowerment.
Experience & Approach
With a background in dance and yoga, Jess infuses creativity, intuition, and movement into her therapeutic work. She weaves elements of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation into her practice, creating a uniquely tailored experience for each client. Jess has experience working with a wide range of presentations, including grief and loss, addiction, complex trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and neurodivergence.
Beyond Work
When she’s not in session, Jess embraces her creative and quirky side, whether through movement, mindfulness, or simply sharing moments of joy with others. She loves exploring the intersection of art, movement, and healing, always seeking new ways to support growth and self-expression.
